Reiki stimulates the body's natural ability to heal itself and helps to hasten the healing process. It enables your body to balance itself physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually through the laying on of hands.

What to expect during a Reiki Session
The Reiki room will be filled with soothing music and non-scented candlelight. You will be asked to remove your shoes, belt and any metal, including jewelry. You will then lay, fully clothed, on a massage table.
The session begins with you lying on your back. I will give you an explanation of how I will be moving through the session, including where and how I will be placing my hands.
You may feel a slight touch as my hands lay gently on or above your body. During a session, some clients may feel heat or tingling, and some may not feel anything at all. Almost all, however, experience a deep sense of relaxation permeating their whole being.
Part way through the session, I will ask you to turn over onto your stomach and the session will continue.
If at any point you feel uncomfortable please let me know and I can adjust my hand positions, pillows, blanket, etc. to make you feel more comfortable.

30 minute session - $50
60 minute session - $80
90 minute session - $110
Reiki is cumulative. When working on deeply rooted problems or
difficult situations it is best to have a few sessions in succession.
When you are feeling more balanced the sessions can be less frequent.

Absentee Session
Absentee Reiki sessions are given over distance for those that are not able to come to the our space due to physical, time, or distance constraints. Absentee sessions include a phone conversation before and after the session.
